Big Surprise in New York

Politics is getting more nasty than ever. We have one candidate insulting another because of his weight just as an example. The President has never stopped campaigning, which might be a good thing because the more time he spends on politics, the less time he has to try to push the nation into socialism.

Now, “moderate” republican Dede Scozzafava has dropped out out of the congressional race in New York and endorsed the leftist democrat. I suspect that she is simply moving to the political side where she belongs. She is probably retaliating on the Republicans who jumped ship when it became evident that she would come in third in the race.

Meanwhile, Congress may well have its first third party member in quite a while if you do not count Ron Paul who titles himself a republican although he is actually a libertarian.

Tomorrow will be a very interesting day.
