voters in revolt

Voters are venting their frustrations tonight. They are looking for changes at all levels. Republicans and independents have kicked out ruling democrats in Virginia and New Jersey. They appear to be over riding a Maine decision to allow gay marriages. A third party candidate is running neck and neck with the democrat in a northern New York congressional election.

Here in Madison County Georgia voters have fired two incumbent mayors by two to one margins. Long term Danielsville mayor Glenn Cross lost to Philip Croya 92 to 48, and political new comer David McMickle defeated Comer Mayor Billy Burroughs 120 to 73.

I have a feeling that 2010 will be a wild political year!
