Was it a terrorist attack?

There is a difference between religion and spirituality. A person filled with the Spirit of God has no hatred. He or she is sensitive to and obedient to the Spirit of Love that comes from God, obeying his commandments that “love your God with all your heart” and “love your neighbor as yourself.”

Religion, on the other hand, is the source of much evil and hatred as in the chant. “Death to the unbelievers!” Religion is often the tool of the Devil. Terrorism is the effort to force a religions or poliical system on others by force.

So, if a man raised in the faith of Islam enters a room full of unarmed U.S. soldiers shouting “Allah is Great!’ and fires 100 rounds from high tech pistols, killing thirteen people and wounding nearly forty others, it is clearly an act of terrorism. He might not have been acting under the direction of any particular organization. But he was acting under the influence of a criminal religion.
