The radical Muslim terrorist are not common gangsters. They do not deserve the protections of our civil court system. I strongly oppose the plan to bring them to New York and try them in federal court.

This is war. Those who use terror to attack our nation are war criminals and should be kept outside the borders of our nation and subjected to a military tribunal. Bringing them into the federal court system will only give them greater opportunities to subject this nation to ever greater terror and humiliation.

Closing Gitmo is another bad idea. The facilities there are superior to any prison such people would be subjected to by any other nation. And it clearly limits the ability of these war criminals to inflict more damage to the U.S. and the world.

Keep Gitmo open and keep these terrorist off American soil!
